<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Black Gram or Urid Dal white: 2 cups. Soak them for 4 hrs and grind into a fine paste.<br />Onions: 1 large<br />Green Chillies: 4<br />Ginger: finely chopped<br />Salt to taste</p>
<p>Mix everything together and keep it in the fridge for just ½ hr to make them more crispier.<br />I have seen few friends adding sodium bi carbonate as well. But mine come out very crisp even without adding it so u try in which ever way u like</p>
<p><a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3648/3884/1600/100_1958.0.jpg"><img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3648/3884/400/100_1958.jpg" border="0" /></a> </p>
<p>Now eat oil and when it is really hot, take some batter into u’r hand and place it on a plastic sheet and make a small whole in between. </p>
<p><a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3648/3884/1600/100_1959.0.jpg"><img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3648/3884/400/100_1959.jpg" border="0" /></a> Make sure u’r hands are wet or else the batter sticks to u’r hand. Now slowly try to drop into the oil. Fry them until they are golden brown.</p>
